Processing Time

All in-stock items are packed and shipped within 8-12 working days.
Please remember that I’m a one-person shop, so thank you for your patience while I prepare your order with care!


Carriers & Tracking

All orders ship from Germany with DHL or Deutsche Post.
If you pick the tracked option, the tracking number will be sent to  your email!
Please check your inbox and spam folder for tracking updates.

✧ Tracking may pause for several days or weeks while your order is in transit (especially during air or sea freight).
It will update again once it reaches your country and clears customs.


Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes or local postal fees.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in item or shipping prices.
Refunds cannot be given for delays or returns due to unpaid customs fees.

Germany (Domestic) 3–10 business days May take up to 2 weeks during busy times.
EU 1–2 weeks Usually quite fast.
Canada 3–5 weeks Fully available via DHL Warenpost International (tracked).
Mexico & Latin America 3–6 weeks Timing may vary with customs.
Australia / Oceania 4–8 weeks Long-distance transit.
Asia & Africa 6–8 weeks Varies widely by region.
United States Currently unavailable Due to recent U.S. import regulation changes, shipping to the USA and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) is temporarily suspended.

Delays due to customs, seasonal rush, or postal workload are beyond my control.


Delays & Lost Packages

・ Once shipped, delivery times and updates are handled by postal services.
・ If your parcel seems delayed, please contact your local post office — they can best assist with tracking once it’s in your country.
・ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order is lost or damaged in transit.
