Carriers & Tracking
♡ All orders ship from Germany with DHL or Deutsche Post.
♡ If you pick the tracked option, the tracking number will be sent to your email!
♡ Please check your inbox and spam folder for tracking updates.
✧ Tracking may pause for several days or weeks while your order is in transit (especially during air or sea freight).
It will update again once it reaches your country and clears customs.
Customs & Import Fees
♡ International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes or local postal fees.
♡ These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in item or shipping prices.
♡ Refunds cannot be given for delays or returns due to unpaid customs fees.
