Instock Items
♡ Items will generally be packed and sent outh within 5-8 working days. I am a single individual, packing and preparing orders by myself.
Tracking Numbers/Delivery Confirmation
♡ All packages come with a tracking number which will be sent out via Email. It is in the customers responsibility to check up on these Emails/Tracking Numbers. All orders are shipped with DHL or Deutsche Post.
Please note that sometimes tracking numbers won't update for a few days or multiple weeks. This often corelates with DHL not giving any updates during air or sea freight. Tracking numbers will first continue updating once the order has entered the receiving country and this process might be further delayed if the order has to go through custom clearance.
Custom Fees
♡ International orders may be held by the receiving country and might require the payment of customs fees. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The store is not responsible for any delays due to customs and will not be able to refund shipping/handling fees if your package is denied due to customs fee. By ordering you agree to having read and understood these conditions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
♡ After the handling process your order will be shipped with DHL or Deutsche Post. All items are shipped from Germany.
- Domestic Shipping
Domestic Shipping has an estimated shipping time of 3-10 business days but can take up to 2 weeks due to reasons outside of my control
- International Shipping
International Shipping has an estimated shipping time of 2-4 weeks, but may take all the way up to 3 months due to reasons that are out of my control such as delays at customs, holiday rush, high delivery loads, issues with your local post office and other circumstances that are directly linked to the post office shipping process. - EU: takes an average of 1-2 weeks to arrive.
- USA: takes an average of 2-4 weeks to arrive.
- Canada: takes an average of 3-5 weeks to arrive.
- Australia: takes an average of 4-8 weeks to arrive.
- Asia & Africa: takes an average of 8 weeks to arrive.
Delays
♡ Please be aware that delays linked to the shipping process are out of my control, I will not be held liable.
- Please contact your local post office when encountering shipping delays. They will be most qualified to help you locate your package!
- Upcoming Shipping charges are payed by the customer and are non-refundable unless damage or loss has occurred during shipping.
