Q: Do you ship to my country?

Please be aware, that the list provided is merely a reference and does not display all current/temporary restrictions. Check the Shipping section for more information.
If you place an order and I later find out I can’t ship to your country, you’ll receive a full refund for your order.
Q: The item I wanted sold out before I could check out!
♡ In-Stock items are limited, so once an item sells out, it’s gone for now.
However, I occasionally open pre-orders for new/popular items so you can reserve one in advance. See below for details ♡
Q: How do pre-orders work?
♡ Pre-orders are clearly marked in the shop and allow you to reserve upcoming items before they’re being produced.
Here’s how it works:
・ The pre-order period lasts one month (November).
・ You’ll be charged at checkout to secure your item.
・ Pre-ordered items are expected to ship in approximately 3–4 months (around February–March).
・ Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together.
Please note:
・ Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the pre-order period has ended.
・ Estimated time may vary slightly depending on production and shipping schedules.
・ Updates will be shared on my social medias! — thank you for your patience! ( ˶ˊᵕˋ˵)
Q: Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
You may cancel your order any time before you receive your tracking number.
Once an order has shipped, it’s no longer eligible for cancellation.
Q: Is my order eligible for a refund?
If your order was lost during shipping or returned to sender, please contact me and we’ll sort it out together.
If your order arrives damaged, please email me with:
・ your order number, and
・ clear photos of the damage
Please note that repeated refund requests within a short period of time may result in being blacklisted from future orders.
