Q: I have some questions, how do I reach out to you?
You can always contact me via the Contact Form or Hamsterbunnss on any Social Media! If your questions concern your order, please make sure to include your Order number.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
You can find a list of eligible countries I can ship to here
If you already placed your order and I find out I can't ship to you, you will receive a full refund of your order.

Q: The Item I wanted to buy sold out before I finished the check out.
Sadly I currently only have a limited stock of everything, so once it's gone, it's gone. I do plan to open up preorders in the future though!

Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
No, you are free to cancel your order any time BEFORE you receive the tracking number. Once an order has been shipped it is not eligible to cancelation.

Q: Is my order eligible for a refund?
If your order has been lost during shipping or returned to sender, please reach out to me and we can work something out. 
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me with your Order number and pictures of the damage.
Please note that too many refund requests within a short period of time, may result in being blacklisted for the shop.
